What is the significance of carrying out sustainability initiatives and what approach is taken in that regard from Sangetsu’s point of view?
Given the opaque and rapidly changing business environment we have faced recently, the Sangetsu Group has formulated 【 DESIGN 2030 】 as its long-term vision in order to implement transformation and pursue sustainable growth, based on reconfirming a clear vision over the long-term vision.
The social value that the Sangetsu Group aims to realize is to contribute to the realization of an "inclusive," "sustainable," and "enjoyable" society.

What is Sangetsu doing to address climate change?
Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions must be reduced in order to mitigate climate change. We have accordingly been promoting efforts to reduce GHG emissions by effectively keeping our energy consumption to a minimum without generating waste, using renewable energy and energy that generates low GHG emissions, and developing and selling low-carbon products whose GHG emissions are low throughout the product lifecycle.
