The Sangetsu Group regards the increase of capital efficiency and the expansion of shareholder returns as important management matters, and its basic policy is to stably increase dividends. The Group works to implement a flexible capital policy through the acquisition of treasury shares, etc.
Based on this policy, the Group realized an increase in dividends for the seventh year in a row with a ¥58 annual dividend per share, which combines the interim and year-end dividends for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2021.
